Welcome to truly holistic healing
Prolonged stress changes key components of our health like sleep, nutrition, movement, and relationships.
We live in a time of unparalleled change and stress.
Many people are struggling to adjust to the new normal and find themselves feeling overwhelmed, and disconnected.
It is often during times of transition when we first notice that even our best-laid habits start to shift.
Most integrative or functional approaches optimize health through nutrition alone, or work solely on physical symptoms.
My approach is different.

No matter what you're going through, I'm here to support you as your personal stress resiliency advocate. Frequently asked questions
What conditions do you treat?
Working on the mind body connection is useful for any medical condition. Visit my services page for a list of commonly addressed conditions.
How do I make, change or cancel an appointment?
All appointments, and any scheduling changes, can be done through the Practice Better patient portal. You will be prompted to set up an account after you schedule using the form on the book now page.
Where are you located and do you offer virtual visits?
I offer in-person visits at Nurture Wellcare Marketplace in the Highlands neighborhood of Denver, CO on Wednesdays and Fridays throughout 2021. On Tuesdays, in-person visits are available at Wild Health Chiropractic in Centennial. Appointments for all of my services can be done as telehealth video calls through my secured Practice Better potal. I am a licensed naturopathic doctor in Washington state, and registered naturopathic doctor in Colorado, and offer full comprehensive medical services to residents within those states, within the scope of practice set by law depending on the state in which you reside. If you are outside of Washington or Colorado, please use the contact form to get in touch with me so we can chat about how we can best work together, or so I can refer you to naturopathic doctors in your state.
What is naturopathic medicine?
I am so glad you asked. I made a journal article on this very subject. Check it out! Because if you don't know, now you know.
What can I expect during my visits?
During your first initial intake visit we will go in depth with your health history and current health concerns. We will also discuss treatment options and custom design a protocol together that works for you. We will establish goals and timeline to meet these goals. We will start any testing that may be helpful. Most patients check in with me every 2-4 weeks for the first 3-6 months. From there, we may meet more or less often, depending on your individual needs. For those working with me solely for Rubimed or Flower Essence therapies, all visits are scheduled for 50 minutes and include lifestyle and holistic health counseling. I recommend individuals working with me for Rubimed or flower essence therapies to have 1-4 visits per month, but this may change based on individual needs. You can learn more about these therapies by visiting my journal page.
Do you accept insurance?
I do not bill insurance for my services. This allows me to focus on individualized care outside of insurance limitations. I can provide you a superbill which you can submit to your insurer, if you have benefits and coverage for naturopathic medicine. Clients may be able to use health or flexible savings account funds as payment for visit fees and recommended supplements, depending on their plan.
How much do your services cost?
Initial intake visits for comprehensive naturopathic medicine are scheduled for 1 hour and are billed at a flat rate of $300. Follow up visits are 30 minutes, and are billed at a flat rate of $150. For those wishing to work with me soley for Rubimed, or flower essence therapies, all visits are scheduled for 50 minutes and are billed at a flat rate of $95 and $80 respectivelly.
Visit fees are due at the time of service, and you will recieve an invoice within 24 hours of your visit which can be paid online through the secure Practice Better patient portal. Naturopathic medicine takes time. I often recommend 6-12 months to see the full benefit of a customized treatment plan. Clients who wish to work closely with me during that time have the best outcomes, and find greater value in joining my membership programs. Memberships are available for comprehensive naturopathic medicine as well as for Rubimed and flower essence therapies, and offer the greatest discount on supplements, specialty lab testing. Memberships prices includes all visit fees.
Although my rates are based on appointment types with corresponding time allotments, my clients are not billed for my time. I spend an average of 2-4 additional hours per visit researching and developing individualized treatment plans, ordering and interpreting labs and coordinating care for my clients. All of these additional services are included in your visit fees. This process allows me to offer transformational care.
I offer discounts for students, military families and veterans, as well as those working in the healthcare, education, andother public service industries. I also offer sliding scale rates for those with differing abilities and for anyone experiencing financial hardship. Please reach out to me at email@example.com, to create a fee schedule and payment plan that works best for you.
