I'm Dr Bethany Waller
I am a perpetual optimist, animal lover, and tea enthusiast. As a naturopathic doctor, I am an expert in integrative medicine. I also have a (not so secret) superpower helping you to cultivate mindfulness and listen to your own body's wisdom for healing. No matter what you're going through, I'm here to support you as your personal stress resiliency advocate. The combination of body wisdom with plant and energetic medicines results in some pretty amazing healing. My patients go from feeling disconnected and overwhelmed, to energetic and vibrant.
